Terms & Conditions

1.) Family Plan:
1.1) Child aged 00-03 years, ABF is Free.
1.2) Child aged 04-12 years sharing a deluxe room with two full paying adults, using the existing bedding, ABF to be charged at THB 450 per ABF per child.

2.) Check in, Check Out Time
2.1) Check in time is 14:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs(noon).
2.2) For late check out from 14:01hrs to 17:00hrs. A 50% charge of applicable daily rate.
2.3) For late check out from 17:01hrs. One full night charge of applicable daily rate.

3.) Minimum Stay Restrictions :
3.1) All reservations arriving on 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st December 2012 and 01st January 2013 require a minimum stay of 7 consecutive paid nights.

4.) Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
4.1) Cancellation received by the hotel between 21 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
4.2) Cancellation received by the hotel less than 21 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee 100% of the total value of booking will be charged.
4.3) No show fee 100% of the total value of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Green Season (16 Apr – 31 Oct)
1) Cancellation received by the hotel before 7 days prior to arrival day, no fee will be charged.
2) Cancellation received by the hotel at 3-7 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation 1 night cost will be charged.
3) No show fee 100% of the total value of booking.

Payment Schedule:

1) To confirm booking – one night cost should be paid
2) Rest amount should be paid 7 days prior to arrival day.

High Season (1 Nov – 20 Dec; 11 Jan – 15 Apr)
1) Cancellation received by the hotel before 14 days prior to arrival day, one night will be charged.
2) Cancellation received by the hotel less than 14 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee 100% of the total value of booking will be charged.
3) No show fee 100% of the total value of booking.

Payment Schedule:

1) To confirm booking, 100% of total amount must be prepaid.

Peak Season (21 Dec – 10 Jan)
1) Cancellation received by the hotel before 28 days prior to arrival day, 50% will be charged.
2) Cancellation received by the hotel less than 28 days prior to arrival day, a cancellation fee 100% of the total value of booking will be charged.
3) No show fee 100% of the total value of booking.

1) To confirm booking, 100% of total amount must be prepaid.

IMPORTANT:
Nonrefundable bookings may be amended for another period.
In case of amendment from Low season to High/Peak season, rate difference to be paid by guest before final confirmation.
In case of amendment from High/Peak season to Low season, a free upgrade to the best room category available will be offered. No refund will be agreed on spot.
